Shop Policy
I want you to love your purchase. If something goes wrong with your order, please contact me, and I'll do my best to make it right.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the issue.
For untracked shipments, I cannot guarantee delivery once an order has been shipped. If your order doesn't arrive, please let me know, and I'll do my best to help.
All digital products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact me.

By using this website or purchasing from my shop, you agree to these terms.
Products
I create and sell original artwork, reproductions, stickers, digital products, and other handmade or designed goods.
Because many products are handmade or individually produced, minor variations may occur between product photos and the item you receive.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
I reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraudulent activity, or another circumstance that prevents me from reasonably fulfilling the order.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Shipping
HWatkinsDesign offers free standard U.S. shipping on eligible physical products. Orders may be shipped with or without tracking depending on the size, weight, and shipping method appropriate for the order. Tracking will be provided when available. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. HWatkinsDesign cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, writing, characters, and other original content on this website are owned by Holly Stieritz (HWatkinsDesign/holloetc) unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. This includes freebies, downloads, and digital products.
You may not reproduce, resell, copy, distribute, modify, or use my artwork or designs without my written permission. Contact me here.
Digital products are provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, share, modify, or commercially exploit digital products from HWatkinsDesign.
